Overview

Below are the major steps of the process you need to follow when building a public app with Gorgias.

1. Register on the Developer Portal to submit your app and manage your listing.
2. Create a Draft app in the Developer Portal.
3. Get Gorgias Sandbox to test your app: create a trial account and reach out to [email protected] to convert it into a Sandbox account.
   1. ⚠️ You need to complete steps 1-2 to convert Trial to Sandbox account.
4. Set up OAuth2 for your app.
5. Build your app using our API docs and test it.
6. Complete the rest of the form on the Developer Portal and submit your app for review
   1. ⚠️ Make sure to include testing instructions with a test account
7. Once your app is approved, we will announce it at our next Product Town Hall.
