Overview

Below are the major steps of the process you need to follow when building a public app with Gorgias.

1. Register on the Developer Portal to automatically get access to a Gorgias helpdesk sandbox account.
2. Create a Draft app on Developer Portal.
3. Set up OAuth2 for your app.
4. Build your app using our API docs and test it.
5. Complete the rest of the form on the Developer Portal and submit your app for review.
6. Once your app is approved, sync with our marketing team to promote it and gain traction with Gorgias users.
